The accommodation
This is a large, brand-new architect-designed house located in a quiet area of Lajares, at the foot of the Calderón Hondo volcano. With an impressive size, it’s ideal for large groups, yoga retreats, fitness camps, seminars, or simply family vacations.
Designed to be as close as possible to nature, the house features noble and raw materials (wood, concrete). The living room and kitchen area, over 100m², boasts gigantic windows that open directly to the base of the volcano. The fully equipped kitchen caters to large groups, while the oversized living room offers ample space. Please note, there is no television—this house has been designed to relax in a peaceful setting, but don’t worry, wifi is available throughout the house.
The six spacious bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable bedding, large showers, and generous space, each with a small private patio. Each room also benefits from curtains to ensure comfort and privacy. The master bedroom also features a bathtub and a large walk-in closet.
The outdoor space is vast, featuring a heated pool, sunbeds, an outdoor dining table, and a wooden deck perfect for enjoying sunrises and sunsets—or why not take a yoga class or stretch outdoors? A foosball table is also available for long summer nights. The colors surrounding the house are breathtaking, so close to the volcano, offering a peaceful retreat. This property will welcome you with open arms to offer tranquility and relaxation.
